Exercise shall help. Exercise makes you happy. Not enough time to get into it now, but aerobics (especially getting those endorphins/hormones flowing) causes a natural high that makes you happy. Are you doing a great deal of walking -- like non-stop walking for at least 30 minutes a day? That does not happen with golf.

If not, start aerobics, or dancing -- low impact. I would not suggest tennis, though. Physical therapist laugh at joggers and tennis players,

"saying we shall see them as our best clients when they reach their 50's and 60's -- the idiots", because those are high impact activities. Stick to the low impact activities.

Yes, I have heard physical therapists say this. It is cold blooded, I know, but they must make a living too; times are hard. My doctor agrees with the P.T. So stick with low impact things.

The important thing is that activity makes you feel good. That coupled with Pelades is going to make a world of difference. Did you do like I suggested and talk to Joanna? I'll bet you haven't have you? You are NOT listening. How may anyone help if you do not listen?
